Large ugly arrows appear next to outlines/bulleted lists #564

Please see screenshot. The arrows say "Click to collapse\nDrag to move" when I hover over them.

If these arrows are meant to be there, can you at least suggest how to make them smaller and less ugly? Is there a setting?
