Today yupana uses S2I for all deployments (CI/QA/Stage/Prod). Yupana should not use S2I for deployments beyond CI. The development process should build images that are promoted to various stages.

[ ] Change our image base to UBI 7 or 8 instead of Centos 7 (for product security)
[x] Publish to CI using S2I
[ ] Publish images to OSD image registry for QA, Stage, Prod deployments
