[Bug] net.minecraft.class_148: Feature placement #301

What happened?

Walking around the dark forest i crashed, last thing i happened is i heard a mob getting hurt by one of the blinding plants, heres the log: https://mclo.gs/oagus8x (had to omit a bunch of errors since it passed the max line cap, related to texturepacks)

This happens to me as well. A whole chunk I cant go near because of it.

Thats weirder, in my case a reload fixes it

In my case a reload will fix this issue temporarily, but it typically will come back
