Completely barren lakes in generated Megalake Grove biomes

What happened?

Most lakes generated in the Megalake Grove biomes are barren, as seen in the attached image. It's either a result of the biome itself, or somehow related to the height that they generate at, as some of them will have populated waters (though, still with excessive density as seen in #76); it could be that the populated lakes I do see are just small pockets of Megalake (non-Groove) biomes however.
