All of the Cincinnasite Recipes for vanilla items like pistons, or rails are missing in the recipes.json config and there's no way to remove them. Because of the way recipes are implemented it's not possible to remove them with KubeJS either. A full investigation on this issue can be found on the BetterX Mods Discord here.
