[Suggestion] Wither Skeletons should still drop heads #127

Description

Unsure if this is a bug in the loot table or something with the server I play on, but only the Naga mob will actually drop heads, I made a wither skeleton farm and sat for hours without getting a single head.

From the spawners in the pyramid? Those were intentionally set up to not drop any heads.
