Also having this issue, same FAPI, loader, library and mod versions.

Same we have more mods as well and we have the sme issue for that and the firebowls

I figured out what it was its More-Culling if you go into its configs and disable mod compatibility for BetterNether this issue completely stops i was having the same issue in a SMP modpack me and a friend were designing for a while now and its was being delayed soo long till we realized it was a Block Culling thing. I hope this helps!
