[Suggestion] Hook mushroom should spread for farming #140

Description

In the old BN version, hook mushroom used to spread across the ceiling, this is useful for farming it and make food on the nether.

Good catch, the Cold-Blocks did not tick, that is why the would not spread.

Should be fixed in BetterNether 9.0.7.
