[Bug] Eyeball block and eyeball vein doesn't drop anything. #159

What happened?

A bug happened! Upon destroying eyeballs block it destroy itself without dropping anything. The same scenario happens while trying to obtain it with shears or any tools with silk touch.

Had the same bug occur, but on the BetterNether 9.0.9 version, with BCLib 3.0.13 version, with Fabric API 0.87 version on Minecraft 1.20.1. I think it might be something about the 1.20.1 minecraft? not sure, but that is the only similarity here.
