I would like to be able to enchant my Cincinnasite Shears with Efficiency to faster collect vines.
I have a big vine farm (for mossy bricks/mossy cobblestone) that takes forever to be harvested with the "improved shears".
(The vanilla shears can be enchanted with Efficiency and thus can harvest almost instantaneously.)
