[Suggestion] Ruby's Fire Expanded Versatility

Description

I noticed that most Ruby Tools don't take advantage of the Ruby's Fire enchantment. I'd like to suggest the following uses:

Pickaxe: smelt obsidian, blue obsidian, and quartz to respective glasses

Silk Touch Pickaxe: Smelt Nether gold ore to Gold Ingot.

Shovel: smelt sand and equivalents to glass

Axe: smelt logs into charcoal (this would nicely compliment BetterEnd's charcoal block and End Stone smeltery)

I think that would be a great idea. Just smelt anything that's smeltable.

I actually removed the obsidian auto-smelting as it would negate the obsidian-breaker effect on the tools. Other than that I like the idea.
