Not showing data and the overlay (Error: Charmap signature found 0 matches)

here is my log, it shows there is Error: Charmap signature found 0 matches I tested game connection showing the memory signatures are detected successfully. I already added the application to firewall exception and running ACT as administrator.

the ACT can normally show the monsters' hp bar (ffxiv overlay setting) on the top, but it does not show the cactbot raid boss overlay and dps meter does not work neither can anyone help me to solve this problem, thanks a lot!

There was an update today and i might be that things need updates to work propperly (e.g. ffxiv plugin)

It works just fine for me. Have you restarted ffxiv since you applied the patch?

I did restart the game updated ff14 act today and it still doesnt work doesn't show the overlay

I think I found out the reason why it is not showing the overlay Cactbot can function normally after i turned off the traditional chinese language pack and restore back to English I think edit the parsing language code from CN to zh-TW or something should solve the problem, but I don't know how

Yes, not only cactbot, all the plugins of ACT would not function if they rely on localized massages in game, when you patched a unofficial language pack.

因此一般來講，不建議使用第三方的語言包。若你只是想看劇情，我建議可以透過TataruHelper。

如果你堅持要自己弄cactbot，你可以看這裡的文檔，我也翻譯了一份簡體字的版本但還在PR中。此處主要講的是raidboss模組的訂製，對於其他的模組我也不是很清楚，希望能幫到你。
