Loading error in IE #8

Seems we have reports in our library that this Angular app doesn't complete loading in IE. I'll following up with more detail when I can.

In the mean time, I'll experiment with replacing the string "Loading" with one that has a link and reads like this: Wait to finish loading or go to OneSearch immediately

I don't develop much for IE...but I found an error, that seems to be related to vendor.bundle.js in the webpack. An "apply" call is not being completed. I have attached a screen capture. screen shot 2017-06-13 at 09 32 37

I believe that this modification took care of the issues of loading in Internet Explorer. My testing shows the Angular2 app gets shown. Closing.
