[x] Add memory profiler in SharedLoader test.
[x] Add from_cpu_tensor method to DistTensorPGAS to make DistTensorPGAS easier to understand.
[x] Simplify API, users dont need to care about LocalTensorPGAS and DistTensorPGAS
[x] Delete tmp directory
