How to develop quiver #139

I am trying to develop quiver. I only add -e in current install.sh measure python3 -m pip install --no-index -U -e . https://github.com/pypa/setuptools/discussions/3755 I change the torch-quiver/srcs/cpp/src/quiver/quiver.cpp, and then

cd build
cmake ..
make

The output :

/usr/bin/cmake -H/root/share/torch-quiver -B/root/share/torch-quiver/build --check-build-system CMakeFiles/Makefile.cmake 0
/usr/bin/cmake -E cmake_progress_start /root/share/torch-quiver/build/CMakeFiles /root/share/torch-quiver/build/CMakeFiles/progress.marks
make -f CMakeFiles/Makefile2 all
make[1]: Entering directory '/root/share/torch-quiver/build'
make[1]: Nothing to be done for 'all'.
make[1]: Leaving directory '/root/share/torch-quiver/build'
/usr/bin/cmake -E cmake_progress_start /root/share/torch-quiver/build/CMakeFiles 0

Why? This is because make is integrated at setup.py, we only need pip install --no-index -U -e . again.

I find a problem at setup.py https://github.com/pypa/setuptools/discussions/3755#discussioncomment-4624612
