Making a GitHub Pages project page/site would definitely improve the image of this project. Once we resolve the re-naming issue (see #5), we can start to steadily chip away.
What I see as minimum-viable to launch:
Good name
Project logo
One-pager with the who/what/why/etc.
Quick-start instructions
Buttons/links to the GitHub repo
Further down the line we can also add in docs for using the toolkit. For launch, though, I'm not sure we need anything past a barebones getting started.
