Incorrect Flashlight Filtering #20

For some reason, the flashlight filter is not working properly, it's about half of the scale it should be.

What it should look like (older commit): 2019-05-10_21-49-59_quiver_HALF-LIFE_2

What it currently looks like: 2019-05-11_18-33-15_quiver_HALF-LIFE_2
