shaderapidx9 could be compiled and linked against Mesa's d3d9 library. This would only work for users of Mesa, so most Nvidia users are out of luck. It should support dx9c.

[ ] Edit CMake scripts to allow for compilation against d3d9.so
[ ] Verify implementation
