Launcher_main and hammer_launcher fail to open - others untested #93

Launcher_main closes after failing to load VCvarQuery001 from engine.dll - hammer_launcher fails when trying to load Hammer001 from hammer_dll.dll. This is cloned straight from the master branch, absolutely zero modifications.

Compiled for Win32 with VS2019 on Windows.
