Create a plain text work #3

As a creator, I want to create a work so it will be available on the archive. I know this to be true when I can:

  1. Start from a work creation form.
  2. Enter work title in plain text.
  3. Enter a short work description in plain text.
  4. Enter a work body in plain text.
  5. Submit my work and see it on the site.
