  1. Is this in scope?
  2. If it is in scope, how should we handle it? @rajksvn's proposal omits a bunch of stuff I think are worth tracking: minimum and maximum discount claims per team, per school, per tournament; the type of "discount" (actual discount, penalty, extra fee for something like T-shirts); fields relating to requiring and granting permission from TDs (e.g. for staffers); dates for discounts being offered

We should do this. We should absolutely do this. Anybody want to come up with a proposal?

What proposal I was referring to?

What are we trying to accomplish here, and what do we want to be done with the data?

I can try to draft something once I know what I'm trying to do.

I can probably work on this after #141. I will say that this was surprisingly complex when I did it for NAQT.
