We played 100 games and don't have plans to play anymore. Make these changes so the site can be moved to a less expensive server and kept live for demo purposes.

[x] Remove countdown to the end of the game (and probably after Friday night there is another countdown to the start of the game).
[x] Remove note on the "About" page that says we start the game each Wednesday at noon.
[x] Remove message in footer of ever page that states: "The next game begins on Wednesday!"

Should we add thank you message to front page:

    <h3 class="subheader">We played 100 games.  Now we're taking a break.</h3>
    <h3 class="subheader">Thank you to all our players who joined in the fun.</h3>
