corrections needed #17

  1. C++ tutorial page, markdown inline math was not correctly displayed.

  2. Installation page needs to be updated according to qulacs github repo.

Since this problem be fixed simply by convert .md to .rst, I push fixes directly to dev branch and merged into master. Closing this issue.
