Hi there, the link for SILVA LSU database doesn't work

Hello,

We are not using the SILVA database anymore. We just use the NCBI's 16S database (the default) because it's more widely used. Hope this helps.

Also, the SILVA database link is provided by Dr. Daniel Swan's personal effort, so the link is beyond our control.

hi there, when i use -a muscle, it return this problem: Invalid command line Unknown option clw

i am using muscle 5.1 for macos but clustalo can work. is that the problem of muscle 5.1 for macos?

Hello,

Muscle 5.1 is a new release and is not compatible with current version BLCA. You could try muscle v3.8 (BLCA was tested using this version of muscle). And we will try to fix this issue. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
