Increase saucelabs concurrency from 3 to 4. Afaik we have 5 slots, of which one needs to be reserved, not two.
No longer pin qunitjs legacy dependency. This was originally done to faccilitate testing of QUnit 1.x, but this is handled by the versions integration test already.
