[UI] Make notifications unclearable #85

I don't looked into the code, but its obliviously, that the andless 
notifications about songs don't have the FLAG_NO_CLEAR flag set.

I think it would be nicer, if the andless notification will not disappear if I 
hit the clear button to remove SMS-notifications and stuff..

Also FLAG_ONGOING_EVENT seems being useful.
