Course materials #3

Hi! Thank you for sharing the materials, however some of them are missing. For example there is no lab_utils_backprop.py for C2_W2_Backprop.ipynb and the notebook from C2 W2 on Derivatives is missing as well (and probably its dependencies). Could you please add the missing materials?

Also some of the data is missing. For example data_w3_ex1.csv from week 3 optional lab 1 and images for the notebook C2W3_Lab_01_Model_Evaluation_and_Selection.ipynb.
