Create `archive` action on admin #597

This action will move the post from index to archive collection and will not show anymore on articles but only in archived so the user can have another action to have it restored.

*in adition to archived there will be a trash bin for deleted posts https://github.com/rochacbruno/quokka_ng/issues/77
