Change lower case letter "L" to avoid confusion with digit "1" #4

For Courier Prime Code, the "l" (lower case L) might be confused for a "1" (the digit one) and I think it would be better if it were rendered without the serif on the bottom left, which is already the case when using the italic version.

Is there any windows or linux software that can be used to edit the .glyphs file format (which I presume is the source format)?
