iframe replacement

Removal of iframes and addition of custom component with video link which can be inserted into a sidebar. The html solution did become more busy than I was originally hoping, loop to be updated soon.

Some options in the meantime:

• Any suggestions for hover-over text or icon? Current is just a placeholder.
• Similar to above, should there be a constant semi-transparent youtube icon or play button over the thumbnail when not hovered to indicate its not just an image (should they not be reading "Youtube")?
• The thumbnail links don't match the original thumbnails on the live readthedocs. They are slightly taller and include the dock and top bar. Any objections to this? A solution to this may require adding additional thumbnails for these videos which all seems to be manual after previously thinking it was just a few tick boxes... Not sure if it's necessary.

I like it!

• Youtube content should be YouTube content
• Re. placeholder text, maybe "View on YouTube"? Or if that's too long, fine as it is I think.
• Can the video be raised so that it appears at the very top (alongside the introduction, not the first step)?
• Does it look good / bad if you remove the 'Step-by-step' headings from all stage, so that all other headings move up a level? I'm mostly thinking of its impact upon this rather uninformative contents page

Thanks for the feedback, certainly looking a lot cleaner and more informative contents now! I can raise the videos further so it's level with the header but this would make the first line of the markdown not the title.
