tvOS Build #152

Create a tvOS Build for the app store. We can create a separate thread for feature sets but basically:

-have a version of Quran.com app available for running on Apple TV -define navigation / interaction set that is compatible and intuitive using only the standard Apple TV remote -have a mode for the app which will allow continuous play without allowing Apple TV to sleep
