Colorize Tajweed Letters #79

Give the tajweed letters different colors. Something like the following: screen568x568 screen696x696

I got high quality pages here. The folks at quran-android are working on a db for it. After that it could be used as a seoarate page type.

So.. been a while but the tajweed quran has been published on android for a while. Please check it out.
