Feature/delete reading list #2122

Summary

I've added a button to delete the recently-read list. this feature was flagged as planned here: https://feedback.quran.com/feature-requests/p/delete-reading-list

The only thing missing is a route in the backend that handles the request made from the client to delete the list in the database, i can make that route I just need to know if this is the repo that is responsible for the requests made from quran.com website: https://github.com/quran/quran.com-api
