Homepage updates #2123

Summary

This PR adds some updates to homepage:

  1. Remove Learning Plans button.
  2. Make Quran Growth Journey take less space.
  3. Move recently read section to a tab along with Collections and Bookmarks.
  4. Make recently read card minimal.
