Asalamualaykum, It would be great if the Quran.com team could add Abdullah Al Khalaf as a reciter. He has great tajweed and great recitation, so it would be much appreciated inshallah. I'm not sure that the audio source that you linked would be viable for use since the site only allows downloads for "personal use" (https://qurancentral.com/disclaimer/). Maybe another source could be found for this reciter?
