What does KPFG stand for? I know KFGQPC: King Fahd Glorious Quran Printing Complex Probably, KFC: King Fahd Complex is more confusing So, we may use Quran Complex like in the url: https://qurancomplex.gov.sa (which is also a bit confusing as what complex is that) or you may propose something else.

I think it is also hard to guess the meaning of QDC!

Keep in mind easy translation to other UI languages جزاكم الله خيرا

another suggestion: QCF: Quran Complex Font. This was used by https://qurancomplex.gov.sa for v2 fonts: QCF2001 - QCF2604.

Thank you @benomaire for the suggestions. Going to share with the team.

By looking at this 👇

https://github.com/quran/quran.com-frontend-next/blob/master/src/components/Navbar/SettingsDrawer/QuranFontSection.tsx

It looks like there is no more mention of KPFG? 🤔

So should this issue be closed? 🤔

KPFG is still used:

en_font

Another option is using the following text (similar to the Arabic UI): King Fahad Complex V1 and V2 Fonts provide higher quality but take longer to load.

ar_font
