- The current interface of quran.com is 98% translated to Russian. You can find it here: https://quran.com/?locale=ru.
- For quran.com, I think it is better to wait for the rollout of the new interface at https://next.quran.com to reduce the efforts.
- The android app is fully translated to Russian.
- I am not sure about the iOS app, you may open an issue there if you are interested.
