With the current settings, when the page language has changed to other language than English the default settings (English translations by Dr. Mustafa Khattab & Saheeh International) remain unchanged, which might look confusing for a new user.
Proposal every language translation should have default ones and as the main language of the page changes, so should the Surah translation language change automatically, if user will they can include other languages from the settings later of course...
