If I use the Arabic site I will still find some English, including:

A) "Mobile Apps" in the menu bar, B) all of the contents of "About us" is written in English, C) all of the contents of "Contribute" is written in English, D) all of the contents of "Help & Feedback" is written in English, E) all of the contents of "Development Help" is written in English, F) the contents of "Mobile Apps" is written in English, G) the names of the reciters are written in English (which is very important, how can Arabs read it if it's only in English) H) when you click on a Surah, there's rectangle at the bottom of the screen. The names of the Surahs are written in English (until you click on it, by then it will show Arabic and English) I) "Info about the Surah" is all in English. Including the place of revelation (Makkah or Madinah) and "Audio Files" is also still in English. J) There are Arabs who can't read these numbers: 1 2 3 4..., they can only read these numbers: ١ ٢ ٣ ٤ K) the languages in the translation bar are written in English (e.g. Dutch, Indonesian, Romanian, all of them written in English). And the name of the translator.

This is just what I found in Arabic, they may still be there in the German, Urdu, etc translation. Btw if you need help then I'm an Arab.
