Update storage path on sdcard #16

we should update the storage path on sdcard to match the recommended path by Android (the new location will be /sdcard/Android/data/PACKAGE_NAME/files)
audio files are downloaded there now..

great - can we wait with respect to the existing quran files? ideally (in my opinion), we'd have a well-designed flow which moves the existing files, adds some sort of versioning information, and updates the databases to add an id column :p

i just flashed a rom ... had all my audio files on my sd-card... can audio files be saved somewhere else? /scard/Android... gets formated in processes of flashing a rom.

it would be great if we can get an option to change the default audio path.

also make a file in /sdcard/Android/data/PACKAGE_NAME/files/settings.ini this file should have AudioSavePath ScreenSize this will be helpfull for Download Manager for PC.

do we really want to do this? anyone who uninstalls and reinstalls the app will have to redownload all their data again, which is a major downside (and an advantage at the same time) of this approach. right now, all audio gets removed, but at least the pages are still there...

I think we should just keep all files on /sdcard/quran_android

now there is a migration for audio files to be copied to /sdcard/quran_android.
