Tafsir El Sha3rawy

I would like to contribute to add Tafsir El Shaarawy to the application; I gathered all the Sha3rawy Tafsir by Sura/Ayat and I can generate a database with the right instructions.

What is the right way to build the tafsir DB (Is there a python script that I can customize to generate the DB ? ) and how to make it available in the Tafsir & Translations menu ?
