Reproduce by repeating the first ayah of al-Ikhlas — the basmalah will be played each time.

Edit: I placed 5500 as the first timing for each surah, except 1 & 8, which I set to 3550. Edit 2: that works well, but not for all suwar.

@nacer80 I've rechecked my phone and have confirmed the issue.

Here's the SQLite db for Sudais taken from my phone. I tried to upload the corresponding mp3 file, but Github doesn't allow uploads larger than 10MB.

The mp3 file on my phone is 22 mins 45 secs long. The database file has time 1298188 for Surah 28 Ayah 88 ie 21 mins 38 seconds. The database entries for Surah 28 seem possibly corrupted though, there's no entry for Ayah 999 (Surah 27 also is missing an entry for Ayah 999).

Looking further into this, it seems that the timing db matches https://download.quranicaudio.com/quran/abdurrahmaan_as-sudays/028.mp3, so maybe I've just got an older copy of the audio.

@nacer80 Do the audio files not currently get auto-updated? I tried clearing the app storage (not the data directory), didn't make any difference.

Salam 3alikom @ismail-s @ahmedre My brothers, this number 1298188 it means the Ayah 83 will start from this point, not the end. I rechecked again with other reciters and I found that: 1- If we have one Sura started in page and ended in another middle page, and we need to lessen to recitation from last page we have to have mp3 file of next Sura or the sound doesn't start. For ex try to download sura Ala3la 87 and listen to last page without downloading Alkhashi3a 88, in this case no sound and the app try to download sura 88 (try with offline mode) So I think the issue with app not with mp3 or sql database Please try and let me know. جزاك الله خيرا

Can anybody contact the other sites like mp3quran, etc, to see if they have access to original recording that was converted to mp3?
