Port to Windows Phone #267

ASA,

I have partially "ported" Qur'an Android to Windows Phone by converting it to C# and XAML and wanted to ask you if you have any concerns with that. I intend to kept intact "about us" page with all the info about the original software and contributors. InshaAllah if it's OK with you I would also like to use images and zips hosted by Quran.com. I plan to publish it free on Windows App store and released the source under one of the open source licenses (that part is still tbd since I had to use one Telerik component). Finally in the app description in the store I will provide a link to the original Qur'an Android inshaAllah.

Masha'Allah this is great! Please go ahead, may Allah reward you! Please send us a link to the app when it is done too since we sometimes get requests for windows versions (and can point them to your port in those cases insha'Allah)

btw, did you add the "translation update checking" code as well? if you can do that would be great insha'Allah. closing this issue for now.

Yes, I believe so. I have ported that code as-is based on the version as of January.
