malaysian translation issues #321

In surah [Al-Araf 7:169] terjemahannya "Dan kampung akhirat itu lebih (BAIK) bagi...." BAIK dlm kurungan tersebut tidak ditulis dlm terjemahannya, harap dpt tuliskannya dlm update masa hadapan. Jazakallah :)

Actually, I want to highlight an error in translation in Malay language 3:180. I will attach the screenshot. The errors is on last 4 lines translation.

@asyazwan can you check quran.com and see if web version has any of these issues?

@naveed-ahmad Sorry for the delay. I have checked for Malaysian issues addressed in this post and it has all the same issues.

also, where are you getting the corrections from for these?

@ahmedre normally they're no-brainer typos. Anything more I would cross-check with tanzil.net (like I said here) and quran.com but AFAIR they also have the same issues (probably db from common source?). Anything more than that I would cross-check English translations (Shahih International).

76:30 or 31 might have an error according to an email

Need more info. Seem correct to me, unless it's a really subtle typo I'm missing.

The bold should have the word "tidak" in the sentence

It should be

Allah sekali-kali "tidak" menurunkan sebarang bukti

Correct. sekali-kali should be tidak sekali-kali.

check sura mursalat ayah 77

Tertulis : malaikat-malaikan yg diutus Mestinya : malaikat-malaikat yang diutus

This is referring to Indonesian I'm sure. And it's already fixed there.

says the correct word should be kaum

Correct. kamu! should be kaum!.

typo 41:43

The true spelling is TERDAHULU.

Correct. terdahuhu should be terdahulu.

16:120 takat => takut?

Nope, that would be changing the meaning. It's just an uncommon word to be used in this context.

5:81 first word

Correct. Sekirany should be Sekiranya.

Can't review; not a scholar.

Correct but for Indonesian, ¤amud should be Tsamud. Tanzil got it right. Quran.com is also wrong.

Actually, I want to highlight an error in translation in Malay language 3:180. I will attach the screenshot. The errors is on last 4 lines translation.

Already addressed in my earlier fixes.

jazakAllah khairan @asyazwan - in sha' Allah i'll get to these before Ramadan. do you think the tanzil version is better than ours (if it's the same translator and theirs is more accurate, we can just replace with Tanzil - what do you think?)

one more:

I wish to report mistyped Malay Translation in 3:180. I think the part of the translation from 3:181 accidentally mix up into the translation of 3:180.

For Indonesia, it seems Tanzil fixed a lot of the mistakes. So it's probably worth it for Indonesia.

For Malaysia, no, as they contain the same mistakes. Chances are, our DB is more correct at this point.

This has been reported at least 4 times I think and I've addressed the fix above.

This is Indonesia, but sure, I will PR it and add Malaysia translations as well insyaAllah.

jazakAllah khairan @asyazwan and really sorry this took forever :( updated now with all your sqlite fixes from long ago, plus all the other answers you gave me for the more recent questions. may Allah reward you greatly and my apologies for letting this sit all this time :(

There's another report I got via email. Malay tafseer of Surah Yusuf 12:10, pergi (go) should be perigi (well).
