Some UI improvements for ayah translation page of sliding panel:

[ ] Show spinner with currently selected translation (and option to select a different one)
[ ] Handle case where no translations exist (maybe just a button that takes you to translation selection activity)

other minor improvements that can be added

include '<' & '>' icons to display next, previous ayah translation, may be beside the ayah number label
include a 'see more' icon that opens the main translation activity
show 'loading icon' as loading the translation/tafseer might take few seconds on some devices especially if too apps are running

+1 for see more and loading indicator. also, we need to handle the "no tafaseer present" case.

let's hold off on < > for now.

it may make sense to have a button for "view more" that actually opens the full screen translation at some point.
