First time user should be provided a configuration pop-up message and options #208

first time user should be provided a configuration pop-up, when user presses "Select my Settings"

It should give option to

  1. Select Script - Uthmanic / Indopak
  2. Select Theme - Light / Dark
  3. Select Layout Style - WBW / Normal / Page / WBW Page

(We need to re-title Continuous to Page View because it makes more sense.)

I hope this configuration settings pop-up will help first time users and make it more user friendly for elderly people.
