Updated guidelines (v.1.6 01/09/2020), including updated full text corpus. @cneud Please check if we agree on chapter 2.

LGTM, thanks! In order to merge the new version of the Annotation Guidelines, can you please update your fork of the repo first and then re-do the pull request? Otherwise I get a merge conflict. Or you can also just send me the PDF via email and I will add it.
