strange border artifacts in patch mode

I sometimes get output which looks like this:

Could this be a problem with the patch size or patching in general? Should I try to crop first?

Dear @bertsky This is not because of patching. This happens since I have pushed model (by augmentation) to segment the large scale titles too. And yes page extraction can be best solution.
