Hey,

I tried including this into a Bootstrap 4 / react-bootstrap 0.29.2 app, and it seems like it's a long way towards working.

Key bugs I saw:

None of the icons work
Positioning of the calendar popup is way off (it looks like it's being positioned relative to the wrong element)

Have you got any plans to make this work with Bootstrap 4?
