Remove MooTools #2

Changes:

Remove MooTools library from the public image viewers, gallery and slideshow.
Upgrade MooTools library to 1.6.0, now for internal use only.
Use CORS instead of JSONP in the image viewers, slideshow and gallery.
Standardise JavaScript file naming.
Drop support for IE8 and below.
